Nine Days Of Bliss

I did a 9-Day event recently which I called Nine Days of Bliss. It was based on a protocol channeled by Marina Jacobi. I really enjoy using this protocol to become more aware of where my head-space is throughout the day. The protocol is as follows:

Day 1 to 3 – set an alarm on your cell phone to alert yourself every three hours to pause briefly and check internally whether you are in a positive frame of mind or not. If you are not in positive head space, take action to switch your mindset. Suggest to start your first alert at 10 am in the morning and last alert at 10 pm in the evening.

Day 4 to 6 – set an alarm to alert yourself every two hours to pause and check internally whether you are in a positive head space or not. Take the necessary actions to switch your mindset around. Again suggest starting at 10 am and ending last alert at 10 pm.

Day 7 to 9 – set alarm to alert yourself every hour to pause and check internally whether you are in a positive head space or not etc…

During these 9 days be conscious about minimizing your social media time. Be conscious about where your head space is as much as possible and notice activities, people, places and other things that trigger you or otherwise lower your vibration. Process the emotions that got triggered. When you practice this level of emotional hygiene consistently you will notice your emotional and physical bodies calming down to something we may call Bliss. Of course, this 9-Day protocol is just a start to bring more awareness and consciousness into your daily life. After 9 days, I suggest you stay vigilant about steering clear of vibration zappers as much as possible and stay in bliss. Keep the hourly alerts on to remind yourself. I’ve included some resources below to help you shift your head space.
